Levi is rocking a new accessory!

For the last few months, Taylor and I have been concerned about the shape of Levi's head. The back of his head is very flat and asymmetrical. My pediatrician had similar concerns so he referred us to an orthotist and now Levi is rockin' some sweet headgear!

I was really anxious about it initially, but after talking to some girls I know whose boys also had to wear cranial bands, I felt so much better. They told me that their kids got used to it so fast and that it just becomes part of your daily routine. The specialist said Levi's case is moderate and is hopeful he'll only wear it two to three months.

Levi has only had it a day, but so far it hasn't been too rough. He doesn't even seem to know it's on his head! Now I just need to decorate the thing. I've had two family members jokingly ask if it is "cougar blue"...so I need to get a Utah sticker on it ASAP!
