More "Adios, Utah"...

Here are some more pictures from our last week in Utah.  It was full of lunches, dinners, boating, and eventually packing up our place, all with fam and friends.

Dinner with Alyson, Joey, and Natalie at Paradise Bakery...

And baby Cameron,

This is just one of several pretty ridiculous pictures taken.  Don't worry Aly and Nat, I won't show them all...

At Jason's Deli with Melissa, Katie, Cailey, and baby Dex...

Joe and Kendyl-bug visiting while we pack...

On the way to go boating at Utah Lake with Kahia-Papaya...

Boating with the fam...

Cleaning (with lots of help)...That place was spotless when we left!

Our cute present from Aly/Chris and fam.  It's sitting on our counter right now...I refuse to erase it!

I had planned to take some pictures of us on the road trip down here.  That didn't happen. I didn't even get a picture of the moving truck.  It was packed perfectly full. I don't know how we thought we could have gotten by with a smaller one.

The drive down wasn't too bad.  We made it to our place in about 12 hours (it would be faster without a moving truck, though).  Taylor and I drove down with his dad, Jim, so it was nice because we got to rotate taking breaks.  When we got to Page, my throat was starting to hurt...I think it was from belting out songs at the top of my lungs for the past 3 hours while I drove alone.  I refrained from singing from then on.

When we got to our place, it was not the ideal moving in situation.  The air conditioning wasn't working (seriously?...) and the alarm kept going off whenever we'd open a door.  Needless to say, we slept in a hotel our first night.  Luckily, everything was fixed/figured out by Saturday afternoon, which was good because you can only unpack boxes in a 100 degree house for so long!

Anyway, we're really happy to be here and are getting settled in pretty well. Especially now that the A/C is working...

I still can't believe you put that hideous picture up of me. Ha ha. Oh well. There were much worse ones you could've picked instead. So, I thank you for that.
