Anyway, I was pretty awful at it. I took big spills EVERY time I fell. And I look really dumb doing it...Why are my arms so stiff? I have no idea. Taylor was, of course, pretty good at it the first time he did it. He didn't even need the rope.
Hopefully the video works below. Don't judge me based how uncoordinated I look, please.
I highly recommend trying this thing out... It definitely wasn't easy, but we loved it. I know they have one in Ogden, but from what I remember, it was really expensive there. It was 10 bucks per person per hour where we went, so it wasn't too bad. Especially because one hour was MORE than enough time for me. A person can only handle so much whiplash.
Afterwards we went and got some delicious Indian food (I just said "delicious" when referring to Indian food!...I'm impressed with myself). I would have brought some extra clothes to change into after surfing, but I didn't realize I would end up surfing in the t-shirt I came wearing. Once we got there and I saw how everyone was getting thrown around by the water, I was worried that I might accidently flash the group if I didn't cover up well.
So here's a picture of our soggy selves at dinner.
